I love that song, Martina. I know the songs mentioned and will try and find lyrics for them (unless you have lyrics for the ones you mentioned, Bastian?) I asked Marja or Mich to play guitar but there's a youth/family night at the Sal. Army the same night and they're taking part in that.. Is there anyone else who plays you know of?

The title, All day All night Angels Watching Over Me, sounds nice, and seems to be a new song to me ;-) I'd like to sing El-Shaddai, Shine Jesus Shine, Shout to the Lord, Give Thanks, Majesty, King of Kings, Jesus Name Above All Names etc. I'll bring a few notes... Anyone signed up to play the guitar?

COCONUT HEDGEHOG YUMMIES

Ingredients:
Batter: 7 eggs, 250g confectioner's sugar, 100g granulated sugar, 100g ground walnuts, 1 baking powder, 0,2l water, 300g pastry wheat flour,

Coating: 380g confectioner's sugar, 35g cocoa powder, 10 big spoons of milk, 250g margarine and according to a taste a little of alcohol if you want called Rum, it is not necessary , desiccated and grated coconut seed for coating

Procudure: Be sure you have all needed ingredients :-) Granulated sugar roast in the pot till brown caramel, add water (watch out it sizzles) and mix it until liquid. Let it to cold.
Yolk of six eggs mix with confectioner's sugar and one whole egg and whip it.Add caramel, ground nuts, flour and baking powder. Intermingle it all together. Then add egg foam from previously beaten egg whites.

Put batter on a baking paper on a big baking tray and, because it is really a lot of it, bake at 175ºC about time 35-40 min.
Do you smell that taste?
Wait a minute and then cut it into pieces.
Above fire, or in „water bath“ boil milk and sugar, add margarine, melt it ant hen add cocao. It should be almost boiling, but be careful it can easily burn. And when it is away from fire you can add a little amount of alcohol, just for taste.

First soak your pieces in the coating and then in the desiccated and grated coconut seed

And that’s it. I hope you would enjoy them. Hyvää ruokahalua!

Maybe the recipes could be posted in the Commentary section!? To start with, here's the one for the

SWABIAN ONION PIE

Dough:
375 g wheat flour
1 cube of yeast
1 teaspoonful of sugar
150-200 ml milk or water (lukewarm)
60 g butter (soft)
Pinch of salt

Spread:
6-10 onions, peeled and cut into rings
4 tablespoonfuls of cream/sour cream
50 g butter
2-3 eggs
White & Black Pepper, Cumin seeds
Chives, Parsley
1 teasponful of salt

Prepare a normal yeast dough of the ingredients, that is, mix the water/milk together with the sugar, lukewarm milk and yeast cube, and let it rest for a while. Then mix the flour and soft butter slowly into it, until you get a smooth batter. Let it rise around half an hour.

Meanwhile cut the onions, and stew them with the butter in a frying pan or in a microwave oven. Mix the other ingredients, that is, the salt, eggs, cream/sour cream, herbs and spices to get the spread ready. Heat up a normal oven to 200 °C (convection oven to 175 °C).

Then take the dough and even it with a rolling pin. Put it on a baking tray, or into a round baking pan. Put the spread on the ready-made dough, and then let it bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Serve warm or cold! Tip: Before baking, you can mix into the spread small pieces of bacon, so you get some meat ;-)
